Image from FlickrFirst hour after the class is a prac session, so let's see a few volunteers in the lab. I'm looking to work through any last remaining blog problems with people this week, and move into helping on the analytics / report / review strategies in the second and third hour this week, and the final two lab sessions.Also, Twitter is proving to be patchy and unstable this week - and the company is trying to explain the hows/why/wtf of the problems and recovery protocols. It's an interesting example of expressing vulnerability in the marketplace as a means of showing loyalty to the customers.
